Terms of service
Effective date: August 28, 2026. These Terms govern your use of ShortDramaNow, operated by Aether Peak Inc.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using ShortDramaNow, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your location. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and verification
You are responsible for the email address, verification code, device access, and activity associated with your account. Keep verification codes private and notify us promptly at shasapelino@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, the operator grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to view content through the service for non-commercial use. You may not copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, circumvent access controls, or interfere with the service or its content.
4. Content availability
Titles, episodes, subtitles, audio tracks, and availability may change by territory, licensing rights, device, or time. We may modify, remove, or restrict content where reasonably necessary for legal, licensing, technical, or business reasons.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Before payment, the service will show the selected product, price, currency, duration, and renewal terms. Paid access begins only after the applicable payment provider confirms the transaction. Unless required by law, charges are non-refundable once access is supplied. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled under the terms shown at checkout.
6. Intellectual property and copyright
The service, its branding, software, artwork, and audiovisual content are protected by intellectual-property laws and remain the property of their respective owners. Copyright complaints are handled under the DMCA page and applicable law.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, security risk, misuse, or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; account-deletion requests can be sent to shasapelino@gmail.com.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Aether Peak Inc does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law and contact
